The romantic Barony LE PERGOLE with 3 villas and total 10 maisonette-apartments (non-smoker)and each with own entrance from outside and of different sizes for 1-9 persons is situated in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo at foot of Monte Bré (the sunniest mountain in Switzerland) near the lake (70 m airline) and the lakeside path to the picturesque fisher-village Gandria (1,3 km). Peaceful and sunny placed away from the disturbance of urban and cantonal roads between private blind alley via Violetta and antique Olivetree-footpath thrones this castlelike residence over a 4.000 m2 terraced Mediterranean tree-garden with panorama-view on the Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.

Community indoor pool (4 x 8 m) in operation from June to September. Charges apply. Reservation required when booking.

Due to the corona pandemic, the indoor pool can be closed at any time due to official regulations.

The apartments are equipped with balconies and/or terraces, country-house-kitchens, bathrooms in white marble or mosaic and are comfortable, cosy and tastefully furnished. Baby-cots and -chairs (free of charge) available. Cable- and/or Satellite-TV. WIFI free of charge. Airconditioning/apparatus in living- and bedrooms. Washer (in some cases with integrated dryer) in apartment and/or washer and dryer in the small washhouse on the common terrace in front of the pool.
